Responsible for C&B operations including payroll administration, MPF, tax report
Handle data management for the HRMIS migration exercise;
Conduct data analysis, HR reports & proposals and project management;

Responsibilities:

Responsible for C&B operations including payroll administration, MPF, tax reporting, leave administration, work injury compensation, final payment;
Handle data management for the HRMIS migration exercise;
Conduct data analysis, HR reports & proposals and project management;
Implement HR policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
5 years of HR experience preferably in C&B operations at supervisory level;
Proficient in MS Excel and handling numerical data with high accuracy;
Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related regulations;
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to complete tasks with tight deadline.
Post title and remuneration will be commensurate with work experience.

Working location: Kwai Chung

Working hours: 44 hours per week
