How you will make an impact:

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Officer to join our Leasing & Operations team at the iconic Central Market. In this hands-on role, you will be the primary point of contact for our F&B tenants, ensuring smooth daily operations, top-tier hygiene standards, and a vibrant atmosphere for all visitors. Responsibilities:

Handle the food & beverage (F&B) tenants and their daily enquiries of Central Market
Perform daily administrative and clerical support to the F&B team
Manage tenancy administration work and maintain tenancy-related database
Assist the Manager to ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements
Assist in direct F&B functions and promotional activities
Coordinate regular F&B tenant services (e.g. pest control, hygiene audit. etc.)
Supervise the performance of cleaners and maintain smooth operation
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Business, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Strong sense in business acumen and food & beverage market trends
Positive attitude towards challenges
Independent & ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skill in both written & spoken Cantonese and English
Willing to work with shift duty
