Job Responsibilities 主要工作職責:

• Responsible for general duties in service counter, such as handling patients’ enquiries, incoming calls,

appointment bookings, receive payment…etc.;

負責診所接待工作，例如處理病人查詢、接聽來電查詢及預約、收費等；

• Register, record and update patient information;

登記、紀錄及更新病人資料；

• Record dental supplies, pricing and dental model records, etc.;

記錄牙科用品、打價及牙模紀錄等；

• Stock take the quantity of stationery and order when needed;

點算文儀用品的數量，及於需要時訂購；

• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior;

完成上司委派之工作；

• Participate in projects/tasks as assigned in Organization’s levels.

參與機構／診所委派的項目。

Requirements 職位要求與資歷:

• Form 5 or above;

中五或以上程度；

• Passionate in customer service in clinic setting, dedicated and responsible;

對診所接待工作有熱誠、勤奮盡責；

• Pleasant, well-organized, customer-oriented and willing to learn;

開朗、細心、以客為本及願意學習的態度；

• Responsible and teamwork spirit;

具責任感及團隊工作精神；

• Good command in spoken and writen English and Chinese (including Mandarin);

良好中英文書寫及表達能力（包括國語）;

• Possess with basic computer knowledge;

懂基本電腦文書操作；

• 44 hours per week, 5.5 days per week (alternative Saturdays);

每週工作 44 小時，五日半工作（長短週）；

• Night shift work (18:00-21:00) will be arranged if necessary.

如有需要，需輪值夜診（下午 6 時至晚上 9 時）。
