Project Coordinator /Designer / Draftsman

About Us:

Our client is a leading interior design company specializing in creating high-end retail spaces for luxury brands. They are renowned for delivering exceptional design and project execution that reflects the prestige of global luxury labels.

Job Duties:

Coordinate and follow up on project progress with clients, suppliers, contractors, and the design team.
Check all drawings in detail and accurately modify any defects.
Manage the full scope of project documentation, records, and correspondence with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Report project status and updates to management and stakeholders.
Review tender submissions, quotations, and project timelines; prepare analysis reports.
Handle full sets of drawings, specifications, and presentation materials.
Provide technical solutions to support project delivery.
Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress

Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of solid experience in decoration and fitting-out projects; retail projects experience with luxury brands is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp is a must; knowledge of quantity surveying in interior projects is an advantage.
Language: Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
Soft Skills: Effective and proactive team player; self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to perform independently under tight deadlines and pressure.
