Handle daily operation and administration duties of MEL depots
Organize health/rehab trainings and wheelchair repair workshops
Excellent customer service skills, with professional telephone manner

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily operation and administration duties of MEL depots, including answering MEL enquiries/hotline, equipment booking arrangement, operation of Mobility Equipment Loan Information System (MELIS), handling payments and petty cash as well as equipment cleaning, maintenance and delivery arrangement etc.
Assist supervisor(s) to tackle and handle MEL on-line payments and records, support the MELIS revamp project, manage financial issues, reports and logistics of ‘Door-to-Door’ delivery service (DTD).
Organize health/rehab trainings and wheelchair repair workshops to target groups and organizations, handle training enrollments and related logistics, liaise and develop community network and collaborative partners.
Assist supervisor(s) to prepare reports and statistics, update volunteer service records, coordinate volunteer recruitments, activities and trainings, and communicate with different stakeholders, including volunteers, sponsors and community partners etc.
Carry out ad hoc projects and undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

Requirements:

Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE (minimum five passes, including English, Chinese & Mathematics).
Experience in social service sector is an advantage
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with professional telephone manner.
Proficient in PC skills, including MS Office and Chinese word-processing
Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Working Locations: West Kowloon

Contract Period: 1 year (Renewable)
