As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Senior Treasury Officer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with counterparties for daily funding and cash management operations
Monitor project cash flows and prepare cash projection
Review and formulate treasury & cash management guidelines
Handle loan operations and prepare treasury reports
Arrange administrative matters in relation to banking arrangement
Manage bank accounts for operations and Company’s initiatives
Arrange financial support documents for development projects to comply with statutory requirements
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
At least 5 years relevant work experience
Strong analytical thinking and self-motivated with strong sense of accuracy
Good inter-personal, communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in PC skills and e-banking system
