As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Building Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate building services installations, ensuring compliance with specifications, work procedures, and quality control
Conduct on-site checks to verify that materials meet contract specifications and work procedures
Monitor project progress and perform site inspections, testing, and commissioning of building services installations
Collaborate with project team and consultants to address and resolve technical issues on site
Supervise contractors' defect rectification works and ensure timely delivery of quality results

Requirements:

Diploma/Higher Certificate in Building Services or related disciplines.
Minimum of 8 years of on-site experience, including 5 years in residential projects (preferred)
At least 3 years of experience in handover of residential flat units to property management and owners
Previous experience with property developers is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, systematic, and able to work under pressure
Proficient in computer applications
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
