As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Project Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

Be part of a passionate team to develop marketing materials to promote residential development
Assist in the production of marketing collaterals, renderings and animations, sales gallery & advertisements
Assist in some of the company's CSR initiatives
Work closely with business associates such as marketing consultants and advertising agencies etc.

Requirements:

Degree holder in marketing/ business or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing/ PR/ hospitality/ luxury brands/design; experience in property industry an added advantage
Proactive, detail-oriented and creative
A team player with positive working attitude and integrity
Presentable with good communication and multi-tasking skills
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
