We are looking for a talented Marketing & Promotions Officer to be part of our dynamic team. This role will play a crucial role in assisting the data analysis as well as system enhancement and maintenance of CRM programme for Cityplaza shopping mall.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle CRM programme daily operations
Assist the preparation of CRM data report and analysis
Support the development of CRM programme mechanics
Support CRM system enhancement and maintenance
Execute the communications across different channels

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Marketing, business or communication-related disciplines
Minimum 1 year’s marketing experience. CRM related experience would be an advantage
Hands-on experience in marketing operation, digital platform system development, enhancement and maintenance, data analysis and/ or customer segmentation from retail industry
Familiar with new digital and social media trend would be an asset
Good creative judgement
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
