Job Duties

Monitoring activities and operations of Diploma of Applied Education (DAE) Programme Operators.
Vetting proposals, annual reports and audit reports submitted by the Operators
Recording expenditure, forecasting Diploma of Applied Education cash flow and estimating student population.
Providing administrative support (e.g. drafting funding minutes, preparing quotation documents, updating statistics)
Assisting in teacher registration (e.g., coordinating application submissions, drafting minutes)
Assisting in the matters of the new Operators
Handling public enquiries / complaints related to the Operators and drafting replies
Supporting DAE meetings / events
Preparing filing and verification of paper and electronic records within the Central Electronic Recordkeeping System (CERKS) and conducting record searches for files relevant to the respective Operators and undertaking other duties as may be required.

Employment Terms

5 days work per week, 44 hours per week between 09:00 - 18:00; off on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
Working location : Admiralty
Contract Period : 9 months work contract
Salary : $27,475 per month

Candidates Requirement

A bachelor’s degree from a local university, or equivalent.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Competent in using common computer software for word processing, PowerPoint presentation, computation, database and information management.
Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and.
2 years of working experience in government or post‑secondary education institutions is preferred.
Immediately available or with short notice
