Investment Analysis and Property Valuation
MHKIS or MRICS
5 days, Dis. bonus, Family care , birthday and exam leave

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Investment Analysis, Property Valuation, Land Matters and Legal Matters.
Conduct market research and explore property investment opportunities in Hong Kong and overseas markets.
Conduct valuation on business potential of different types of property
Monitor market updates including the changes of government policies and economic environment, and assess the financial impact on investment.

Requirements:

University graduate, major in Real Estate or Surveying (General Practices)
Member of HKIS or RICS with at least 2 years post-qualification working experience
Experience with major property developers would be preferred
Familiar with Land Exchange and Conveyancing will be a definite advantage
Excellent communication skill and market sense
Proactive and detail-minded
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Investment Officer
