Building Services Officer (Contract)

Responsibilities:

Monitor and drive the execution of upgrade and modernization projects for building systems
Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution without disrupting to daily operations and tenants
Supervise direct labour, workers, and contractors to ensure all work complies with project specifications, statutory regulations and safety standards
Conduct regular site meetings with contractors and stakeholders to resolve technical enquiries and on-site issues
Maintain and update all maintenance programme documentation
Prepare progress reports for supervisors, supplemented by periodic photo records
Provide after-hours e-call support for emergency incidents affecting building operations

Requirements:

Higher Diploma in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in building services, facilities management, or project coordination
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong statutory and regulatory safety requirements
Proven experience in managing contractor teams and multi-disciplinary projects
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Ability to troubleshoot operational issues during renovations or system upgrades
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure
