Building Services Coordinator (Contract)

Building Services Engineering

Responsibilities:

Monitor and track the progress of 2 upgrade and modernization projects for building systems
Coordinate with contractors to ensure smooth project execution without disrupting daily operations and tenants
Supervise direct labour, workers, and contractors to ensure all work complies with project specifications, statutory regulations and safety standards
Conduct regular site meetings with contractors and stakeholders to resolve technical enquiries and on-site issues
Certify completed work on-site and maintain proper documentation
Prepare progress reports for supervisors, supplemented by periodic photo records
Provide after-hours e-call support for emergency incidents affecting building operations

Requirements:

High Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Building Services Engineering, preferably with large-scale projects
Strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory safety requirements in Hong Kong
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Proven experience in managing contractor teams and multi-disciplinary projects
Ability to troubleshoot operational issues during renovations
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong project coordination skills in building services
