Project Manager (IT Infrastructure)

Responsibilities:

Manage IT infrastructure projects from requirements gathering, solution design, procurement, implementation to production rollout
Lead infrastructure delivery for construction-related projects, including networks, Wi‑Fi, structured cabling, data centres, and AV systems
Review and validate designs, technical documents, drawings, and method statements
Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and defect rectification
Coordinate with internal users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
Prepare procurement and tender documents and manage vendor selection
Develop and manage project plans to ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget
Identify and manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans
Prepare project documentation and provide regular progress updates to management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
Experience in greenfield infrastructure projects is an advantage
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
