We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our client’s fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

Test Documentation Validation: Review vendor-supplied test plans and test cases for accuracy, ensuring they align with the District’s actual operational workflows.
Test Execution: Manually execute test cases and scripts provided by the ticketing vendor to validate system enhancements and routine developments.
Defect Tracking: Identify, record, and track inconsistencies in system functionality, UI, and integration. Ensure all defects are clearly documented for the vendor to fix.
Regression Support: Collaborate with Application Managers to run manual regression tests during patches and upgrades to ensure existing features remain stable.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure all testing evidence (screenshots, logs, and sign-offs) complies with District governance, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
Reporting: Monitor and report on progress against the vendor’s testing schedule, providing updates on defect trends and pass/fail metrics.

Requirements:

Testing Expertise: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in software testing, with a proven ability to execute complex test scripts accurately.
Defect Management Proficiency: Skilled in using Excel or other tracking tools to log and manage the lifecycle of defects and system inconsistencies.
Evidence Capture: Strong ability to produce detailed test logs and evidence (screenshots/results) that meet strict audit and governance standards.
Analytical Review: Ability to review vendor-provided test cases for logic and completeness, ensuring they align with real-world scenarios.
Delivery Focused: Ability to onboard quickly and deliver results in a short-term project environment with minimal supervision.
Clear Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to effectively report technical issues to the application manager, project team, and the vendor.
