The Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong is being appointed as the sole-catering partner of the UBS Tower to bring our legendary service to their new quarters at IGC. We have now officially commenced recruitment in preparation for the opening in October 2026 and currently hiring a Events Planning Assistant Manager (UBS Tower)

Job Summary

Develop strong rapport and build business relationships with the customers.
Execute exemplary customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by assisting the customer and ensuring their satisfaction both pre and post event.
Serve the customer by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate features and services that best meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Job Requirements

over 4 years of relevant experience preferably in hotel industry
A team player with outgoing personalities
Passionate and service oriented
Good command of spoken Chinese and English
