Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Management
Manage extensive diary scheduling
Maintain an organized filing system and perform accurate data entry

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Management
Manage extensive diary scheduling; coordinate all local and international travel arrangements and itineraries
Maintain an organized filing system and perform accurate data entry
Liaise with high-level contacts on behalf of Management
Organize and support conferences and meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
Assist in planning and executing company projects, events, and other initiatives
Maintain confidential business records related to corporate projects
Foster strong relationships and serve as a communication bridge across all levels
Draft professional correspondence and documents on behalf of the Company
Support ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Degree holder in Business Administration or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in a secretarial or personal assistant role
Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Mature, independent, and capable of working under pressure
Self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized
Able to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Immediate availability is preferred
