Data Analyst (HR Analytics)

About the role

KLN Logistics Group is strengthening its people analytics capability to support data‑driven human capital decisions. We are seeking a Data Analyst to partner closely with HR leaders and functional teams to transform HR data into meaningful insights. The incumbent will play a key role in enhancing HR reporting standards, data governance, and analytics maturity across the Group.

Responsibilities

Extract, consolidate and analyse HR data from HR systems to support regular and ad‑hoc HR reporting
Design, develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key people metrics, including but not limited to headcount, turnover, absenteeism, training effectiveness and demographic indicators
Conduct HR data analysis to support management decision and workforce planning, translating complex HR data into clear and actionable insights
Work closely with HR business partners, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Training & Development teams to understand reporting needs and align data definitions and standards
Ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity of HR data across different systems and reports; identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant parties for resolution
Support the continuous improvement of HR reporting processes, data governance and analytics capability
Develop and implement automation solutions using Power Automate or other tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual reporting work

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or other related disciplines
3–5 years of relevant working experience in HR analytics, people analytics, HR reporting or data analysis roles
Relevant experience in a multinational or global organization with exposure to regional or group‑level HR data and reporting
Hands‑on experience with HR data and HR systems, proficiency in SQL and Power BI
Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
Experience with Power Automate or other automation tools is an advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain data insights to non‑technical stakeholders
Self‑motivated, independent and able to manage multiple priorities
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
