Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager (Based in Dongguan)

Main Responsibilities (Job Duties)

Responsible for planning, execution, and optimization of overall marketing and promotional campaign in Mainland China’s market, focusing on enhancing online promotions, brand exposure, and sales growth.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns in Mainland China, including but not limited to KOL/KOC collaborations, Douyin/Xiaohongshu content promotions, live-streaming, IP collaborations, offline pop-up stores, exhibitions, and brand events.
Develop, maintain, and expand Mainland China sales channels, including art toy stores, distributor networks, and other online and offline collaborations, supporting brand market penetration and business growth
Responsible for conducting and analyzing marketing research, campaign effectiveness and consumer feedback, prepare monthly/quarterly reports, conduct regular competitor analysis and consumer insights and providing targeted optimization suggestions.
Follow up on the brand's daily operations and promotional projects in Mainland China, communicate with partners, platform and event execution, compliance requirements, and cross-departmental collaboration with HK’s marketing department.
Maintain sensitivity to Mainland China's art toy market, regularly monitor market trends, platform strategies, and competitive dynamics, and provide professional advice for long term brand development.

Main Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, International Trade, E-commerce, or a related field.
5+ years’ experience in marketing for art toys, consumer goods, retail, lifestyle brands, or related industries. Candidates familiar with the Mainland Chinese market would be an advantage.
A good understanding of the Mainland Chinese art toys market and building blocks market including brand positioning, product characteristics, consumer preferences and market trends.
Familiar with the operation guidelines of major Mainland Chinese social media platforms, including but not limited to Xiaohongshu, Douyin, WeChat, and Weibo etc.
Strong market data analyzing skills, able to provide suggestions based on campaign performance, platform performance, and market information.
Excellent project management, communication, coordination, and execution skills; able to handle multiple tasks independently and simultaneously.
Fluent in Mandarin with good written Chinese skills; good command of both English and Cantonese is a plus.
Able to adapt to frequent business trips and flexible work arrangements.
Station in Dongguan factory is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in collaborating with KOLs/KOCs/MCNs/platforms
Experience in executing offline pop-up stores, exhibitions, brand events, or live-streaming projects is preferred
Experience in expanding into trendy art toy stores, distributors, or other channels is preferred.
Passionate about art toys, building blocks, or youth consumer culture; possess a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and teamwork
