Front Office Agent (5-day work)

Responsibilities include:

Provide guest check-in/check-out services; handle payment and billings
Identify and explain room features to guests; supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest
Build relationship with guests to delight and gain loyalty
Process all guest requests and relay messages. Ensure that any outstanding requests or problems from the previous day receive priority and are resolved
Process room reservations requests, changes, or cancellations when required
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements include:

Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
Degree or diploma holder of Hospitality or related studies
Previous hotel related working experience is preferable
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Front Office Agent
