Role Mission

Drive financial excellence and operational improvement across the group by ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and by leveraging ERP‑based financial analysis to formulate actionable strategies that enhance factory performance, reduce costs, and improve profitability

Role Summary

Hold a dual‑role position as (1) Head of Finance with overall responsibility for the financial function across Hong Kong, Dongguan, and Vietnam, and (2) ERP‑based financial analyst to formulate data‑driven strategies that improve factory operations and profitability.
Lead group‑wide financial planning, reporting, and control while leveraging ERP analysis to identify cost‑saving opportunities, enhance efficiency, and support strategic decision‑making at the Vietnam factory.
Partner closely with the Managing Director to translate financial insights into actionable operation‑improvement plans.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all finance and accounting functions across Hong Kong HQ, Vietnam factory and Dongguan sample room.
Deliver accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and banking relations for all sites.
Strengthen internal controls, implement and optimize accounting/ERP systems, and ensure tax and audit compliance in Hong Kong, mainland China, and Vietnam.
Lead hands‑on ERP analysis at the Vietnam factory: analyse production costs, efficiency KPIs, wastage, and capacity utilization to improve profitability.
Provide timely, actionable financial insights to the Vietnam operations team to support data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement of factory operations.
Build and lead multi‑location finance teams through recruitment, coaching, and performance management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, plus HKICPA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing finance.
Experience in garment, textiles, bags, toys or related manufacturing is a strong advantage.
Solid hands‑on experience in factory ERP analysis and operational finance leadership, with a strong understanding of costing concepts.
Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, cross‑cultural communication abilities, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
