The Group Management Services Department is responsible for the internal audit and information security functions of the Group. The department is also an excellent training ground for future career in finance and general management within the Group’s operating companies.

With the growth in our global operations, we are seeking highly motivated individuals with good business sense to join us as Assistant Manager – Group Management Services.

Responsibilities:

Conduct audits on operational and financial processes across the Group to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, and to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Develop and provide recommendations and guidance to business units to mitigate operational risks and improve business efficiency
Prepare comprehensive audit reports
Collaborate with business units to enhance risk management and internal control mechanism
Assist in developing company policies and operational procedures
Conduct investigations into special incidents of potential company policy violation, such as fraud or other irregularities

Requirements:

University graduate with HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications
A minimum of 6 years of auditing experience, of which at least 3 years in internal audit, business consulting or risk management, preferably gained from Big 4 professional firms or sizable multinational organizations
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex operations and identify key risks
An effective communicator with proven ability to work independently and collectively with stakeholders at different levels
Self-motivated, attentive to details and capable of meeting tight deadlines under pressure
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua). Additional language skills will be a definite advantage
Candidates with more experience may be considered as Manager – Group Management Services

This position offers ample opportunities for overseas travel (approximately 30%) and enriching exposure to a variety of cultural environments.
