How you will make an impact:
The role is responsible for assisting Assistant Treasury Manager to manage payment operation, develop internal controls relating to treasury function and prepare treasury reports.
Payment Operations

Monitor daily cash balances and ensure sufficient funds are available in the appropriate accounts for payment processing.

Manage corporate payment processing.

Manage corporate online banking services.

Perform daily cash pooling to optimize available cash for deposit placements
Project Management
Internal Controls

Develop and enhance internal controls to streamline payment processes and minimize manual interventions

Support intercompany loan arrangements and settlements
-
Assist in establishing controls to manage and monitor capital calls for JV investments

Contribute to the design and implementation of cash and treasury management policies, procedures, and controls
Treasury Reporting

Prepare daily cash position reports and monthly treasury reports

Serve as a treasury liaison with various departments to gather inputs for short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts

Handle other administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments as required
What we are looking for:
Qualifications:
Experience and skills:

Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in a sizable organization, preferably in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting

Prior experience in the property development or real estate industry is preferred

Knowledge in TMS and ERP system (e.g. SAP) is a plus.

Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Demonstrates sound business acumen and effective problem-solving abilities

Capable of working collaboratively across all levels of management

Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-
Fluent in both English and Chinese
