The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Guest Services Agent, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.

Job Responsibilities

Greets all guests at all times in a friendly & provide check-in and check-out services for guests in a professional manner.
Provides guests with a quality room orientation.
Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests.
Endeavours to maintain the high standards of the hotel with particular regard to the importance of IHG Loyalty Program member and other VIP’s and with reference to hotel and to be a health or safety hazard.

Job Requirement

Degree or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
1 year’s experience in guest / customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Fresh graduates are also welcomed
Overnight allowance is entitled to overnight shift
Immediate available is highly preferred
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Services Agent
