We are a dynamic small-to-medium enterprise (SME) with around 20 staff, specializing in the import and distribution of premium European medical devices.
Our product portfolio includes advanced ultrasound systems, innovative wound closure solutions, digital radiography equipment, electrocardiography devices, and a range of other cutting-edge medical technologies.
Serving primary clients such as public hospitals, private hospitals, specialist clinics, and healthcare professionals throughout Hong Kong, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality solutions that support critical healthcare needs in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

Role Overview

Perform full-spectrum HR functions, office administration, and light accounting support.
Report to General Manager

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive HR services: compensation & benefits, full-cycle recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll processing, leave tracking, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF schemes, taxation, and other statutory requirements; maintain accurate personnel records and implement internal HR policies.
Coordinate staff training, engagement events, and professional development initiatives.
Oversee general office administration: procurement, vendor management, facilities maintenance.
Provide accounting assistance for HR-related tasks and annual audit preparation.
Handle ad-hoc duties as required.

Ideal Candidates

Tertiary education in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years' HR and administration experience; SME background advantageous.
Accounting studies or experience a plus.
In-depth knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance, MPF, and related legislation.
Proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills and responsibility.
Proficient in MS Office.
