The Senior Officer / Officer will support the Quality Assurance and Procurement Team in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring compliance across the Group. The role involves assisting in the development and implementation of policies, guidelines and procedures through effective communication with internal departments, as well as supporting central procurement to strengthen the Group’s operational effectiveness and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through effective communication with internal departments to ensure alignment with Group policies, international standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support the rollout and implementation of guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance across departments, including property management, cleaning, security, and E&M services.
Collaborate with the IT Development Team to support system implementation that optimizes workflows and strengthens database management, such as procurement system.
Conduct process reviews to identify improvement opportunities for streamlining, automation and workflow enhancements.
Maintain the supplier management system by performing supplier prequalification, document verification and updating database.
Assist in implementing cost-effective procurement strategies to support business operations.
Provide administrative and coordination support for team projects and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Holder of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Real Estate, Property Management, or related disciplines.
At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in quality assurance, compliance, procurement, or audit roles in the property management industry (More experience may be considered for Senior Officer)
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Ability to interact and work with staff or stakeholders from various departments
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to demonstrate a positive work attitude
Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems
