EAST Dining Management, part of Swire Hotels, situated in the vibrant Taikoo Place, Quarry Bay, where a culinary journey awaits. Our diverse selection of dining venues ranges from the exquisite fine dining experience at Té Bo, to the café and community hub, Domain, and the local flavours of Tong Chong Kitchen. Job Overview

This role supports a team to create unique and exceptional memories for our guests. We are committed to providing personalised and delightful services through anticipating and fulfilling our guests' needs. Those who are genuinely passionate about interacting with people, have an ability to establish connections with warmth and an engaging personality will enjoy this role.

Key Responsibilities

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

Serve food and beverages in an elegant and timely manner
Take responsibility for overall cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant
Communicate any guest concerns or feedback to the management team promptly, ensuring that issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner
Assure all guests are satisfied and served according to restaurant standards
Ensure all customer contact is handled politely and efficiently

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
Experience in POS system & restaurant experience is preferable
Creative, presentable and self-motivated with a fun and positive personality

Great team player, passion for quality in guest services, enjoy working in a dynamic and creative environment
Very flexible and able to adapt to changing and fast-paced environments
