Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee will be required to provide support in the following areas:

1. administer end-to-end admission processes, including promotional activities, handling enquiries and applications, coordinating interviews, and issuing offers;
2. represent the College at outreach and recruitment events, such as information sessions, education expos, admission talks, campus tours, and taster programmes;
3. provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and other stakeholders;
4. collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support and enhance admission efforts;
5. maintain accurate student records and assist in data analyses and reporting; and
6. provide administrative support and undertaking other duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience Required

Applicants should:

1. hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably gained in the tertiary education or public sector; Candidates with transferable experience in sales, marketing, public relations, customer service, or account management will also be considered;
2. have good problem-solving, well-organised with attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills;
3. be mature, self-motivated, and ability to multi-tasking;
4. be a good team player and able to work independently;
5. be proficient in Microsoft 365 and excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
6. have experience with CRM systems and admissions-related software, which would be an advantage.

Immediate availability would be an advantage.

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
