What would be your Responsibilities:

Monitor the payments engine during night shift hours and follow up on payment-related issues with internal teams and external partners.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system deployments and payment partner onboardings.
Assist in initiatives to improve payment workflows and operational efficiency.
Assist to maintain data dashboards that provide insights and metrics for the team (optional, depending on experience and interest).
Work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to help ensure data accuracy, consistency and quality.
Maintain and update database documentation, operational procedures and related records.

What we Require from you:

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in operations (e.g. startup, payment provider, financial institution, bank, or tech company).
Hands-on experience with SQL for querying data, basic investigations and reporting.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with a structured approach to problem solving.
Oral and written language proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) to communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Stable, reliable, responsible, proactive in asking for help, and driven to learn and improve.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to create effective data visualizations is helpful but not necessary (good to have, not required).

Working Arrangement:

On-site role
Work shift: 2 PM – 11 PM
Required to work on public holidays (not weekends), with flexibility to swap to day shift where business needs allow
