Job Posting Details

The Academic Registry is looking for a suitable candidate to join the Registry Services Team in providing support to the implementation of academic policies and student-related administration.

The appointee will assist in handling a wide range of operations relating to credit transfer and student records/status update. He/She will be involved in frequent interaction with students and staff of the University in the day-to-day work; be required to handle large amount of system data in an accurate manner with the aid of computer packages; and will provide logistics support to student-related events. The appointee will also be involved in initiatives for process automation and service enhancement.

Applicants should have a higher diploma or above, preferably a bachelor’s degree, and with at least 2 years of post-qualification work experience. Applicants should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and possess good computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel). The ideal candidate should be meticulous at work, and be a strong team player with sound interpersonal and communication skills. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
