Business Analyst

Prepare analytical reports on sales, customer data and product performance
Provide insights and recommendations for management review
Support business strategy via industry research and marketing planning

Job Responsibilities:

Provide analytical reports on monthly sales results including sales team achievement and explanation of key variances (vs forecast, vs budget, vs prior year) with key insights into trends, risks, and opportunities for management review.
Build sales KPI planning, dashboard report and staff performance analysis
Participate in the business strategy operation, including industry research and marketing strategy planning
Support ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
Organise meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
Assist ad hoc projects as requested

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business / Finance / Marketing or related disciplines
At least 3 years experience in business analysis / finance analysis or related field
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Familiar with data enablement and integration with reporting tools
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Intelligent with strong analytical abilities, data oriented and good presentation skill
Motivated to analyze, discover and solve problems independently
Competency in Microsoft applications including Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
