負責住宅物業範圍內之中央／分體冷氣、機電、水泵及水電或其他設施的日常維修保養工作
最少一至兩年相關機電或樓宇維修經驗
需要持有電工A牌

工作職責：

負責住宅物業範圍內之中央／分體冷氣、機電、水泵及水電或其他設施的日常維修保養工作
定期檢查及維護電力系統、低壓及控制系統，確保運作正常
處理緊急維修及必要的系統故障排解
協調及監督外判承辦商的工作質素
協助大廈日常維修工作及執行上級指派的其他任務

要求：

小六程度或以上
需持有有效香港政府發出之A級電工牌照
持有平安咭及建造業工人註冊證
具最少一至兩年相關機電或樓宇維修經驗
操流利廣東話，懂基本英語及普通話，能閱讀及書寫中文
