Key Responsibilities

Provide professional, responsive administrative support to the recruitment team.
Prepare and share vacancy details with candidates in a clear, structured format, including job requirements, responsibilities, salary range and employer expectations, based on information provided by consultants.
Review candidates’ resumes, conduct clarification calls to collect missing or inconsistent information, and update / refine CVs and records in the system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Arrange and support online interviews with jobseekers as part of our due‑diligence process, including sending links/invitations and recording key background information for filing.
Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates, send confirmations and reminders, and follow up to gather feedback and update the recruitment pipeline and tracking reports.
Conduct reference checks with candidates’ previous employers, using standard templates, and document findings in a clear, professional manner for consultants’ review.
Provide all‑round administrative support to the Managing Consultant, including candidate coordination, documentation, data entry, filing, and other day‑to‑day recruitment support activities as assigned.

Ideal Candidate

Degree holder in any discipline.
Fresh graduates or candidates with some office work experience are welcome.
Experience or strong interest in recruitment services / human resources / administrative work is a plus.
Background in customer service or sales support is an advantage.
Proficient in PC applications, especially Microsoft Word.
Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
People‑oriented, proactive and enjoy helping others.
Comfortable working in a small, fast‑paced office setting with a strong team spirit.
This role is particularly suitable for candidates who wish to develop a long‑term career in human resources or administrative roles.

Terms & Benefits

5‑day work week: Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Annual leave: 12 days (1st year); 12 days + 6 days (2nd year).
Full‑time permanent employment.
Work location: North Point, close to MTR.
