THE POSITION 職位資料

Title: Half-day Telesales (AM or PM)
職位名稱：半日制電話銷售（上午或下午時段）
Employment type: Permanent half day part-time

Location: North Point (1-minute walk from MTR)
工作地點：北角（距離地鐵站約一分鐘步程）
Working days: Monday to Friday
工作日子：星期一至星期五
Time options (2 vacancies - AM or PM):
上班時間選擇（共2個空缺 - 上午或下午）：
AM : Mon to Fri 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
上午時段：星期一至五　9:00 am – 1:00 pm
PM : Mon to Fri 2:30 pm – 6:30 pm
下午時段：星期一至五　2:30 pm – 6:30 pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責

Conduct outbound telesales calls to existing and potential corporate (B2B) clients.
向現有及潛在企業客戶（B2B）進行外撥電話銷售。
Promote our recruitment services in a professional and customer-focused manner.
以專業及以客為本的態度推廣本公司的招聘服務。
Build and maintain good relationships with corporate clients over the phone.
透過電話與企業客戶建立及維持良好關係。
Handle basic client enquiries and provide quality customer service.
處理客戶的一般查詢並提供優質客戶服務。

IDEAL CANDIDATES 理想人選

Tertiary educated
具專上教育程度
At least 1 year of work experience in office environment
最少一年辦公室工作經驗
Experience in telesales, customer service, sales or sales support (any industry) is a big plus.
具電話銷售、客戶服務、銷售或銷售支援（任何行業）經驗者尤佳。
Experience dealing with corporate (B2B) clients is an advantage.
曾與企業客戶（B2B）接觸或合作者優先考慮。
Pleasant and professional telephone manner.
具愉快及專業的電話應對態度。
Strong customer service mindset and good communication skills.
具良好客戶服務意識及溝通能力。
Able to start work within a short period is preferred.
能於短期內到職者更佳。

OUR OFFER 我們提供

Permanent half-day role (no overtime required).
長期半日制職位（毋須加班）。
Monthly salary: HK$7,000 x 12 months.
月薪：HK$7,000 x 12個月。
Annual leave : 12 days
年假：12天。
Bank holidays.
享有銀行假期。
MPF
強積金供款。
Convenient office location in North Point, 1 minute from MTR.
辦公室位於北角，交通便利，距離地鐵站約一分鐘步程。
