Semiconductor Packaging Equipment | Hong Kong / Remote (Malaysia / Philippines / Singapore / Vietnam / Thailand)

As part of our global expansion strategy, we are strengthening our international service team to support customers across Asia and the United States. Our Hong Kong International R&D Center serves as a strategic hub for next-generation AI and advanced packaging technology development.

We are seeking experienced engineers to join our growing global operations.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong troubleshooting capability and experience in semiconductor equipment service or assembly environments.

📍 Location:

Hong Kong (On-site) or Remote (Malaysia / Philippines / Singapore / Vietnam / Thailand)

🌎 Frequent international travel required

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission semiconductor packaging equipment at customer sites

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and motion control systems

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to global customers

• Conduct equipment training and technical demonstrations

• Support equipment qualification, reliability improvement, and performance optimization

• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams in Shenzhen

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment service, assembly, or maintenance

• Experience with die bonding, wire bonding, or precision automation equipment preferred

• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills

• Familiarity with motion systems, sensors, PLC, and automation principles

• Good English communication skills

• Independent, customer-focused, and willing to travel internationally (including extended assignments in the United States)

• Training will be provided at our Shenzhen manufacturing facility
