Job Overview

This role supports the Engineering team to create authentic and memorable experiences for our guests that distinguish us from other hotels. We prioritise our guests in every aspect of their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome to the core of what being a Technician (E&M) is all about!

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

Maintain and repair all mechanical equipment, especially Plumbing & Drainage
Inspect, clean, maintain, and repair all mechanical systems related to Plumbing & Drainage
Handle emergency repair works for the hotel
Perform regular preventive maintenance of all Plumbing & Drainage equipment in accordance with the schedule
Perform all duties as assigned by Director of Engineering and Assistant Chief Engineer

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

Minimum 2 years relevant experience. preferably at either a hotel, serviced apartment or in facility management. Practical Experience in Mechanical system and equipment, including Plumbing & Drainage.
Successful completion of a full craft or technical apprenticeship in relevant trade or other equivalent course of practical training with 2 years post-training working experience
Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License (Grade A or above) is preferrable.
