We are currently looking for a talented Manager, Portfolio to join our Office Portfolio Management Team in Hong Kong’s premier lifestyle hub - Pacific Place. It is the ultimate place to shop, dine, work, play and relax. Our Portfolio Management team is professional in the management of a comprehensive development comprising retail, office and five-star hotels, and providing quality services to our stakeholders and creating added value to make Pacific Place even more exceptional.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the leasing and day-to-day management of Grade A office properties within the Pacific Place portfolio
- Take lead in overseeing the daily operations, tenant fit-out, maintenance and asset enhancement initiative of the properties within the portfolio
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality management services are delivered to office tenants
- Foster tenant relationships, interact with prospective and existing clients on new lettings, tenancy renewals and rent reviews, as well as prepare related documents and financial analysis
- Assist in driving ESG and digital initiatives by offering support and advisory input towards the company’s sustainability and digital transformation journey
REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate; professionally qualified in HKIS / RICS / RPHM / HKIH an advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in leasing and property management, preferably in office complexes
- Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong stakeholder management mindset
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Knowledge of sustainability and digitalization will be considered an advantage
- Candidate with solid experience in property management but limited track record in leasing will be considered as Assistant Portfolio Manager
