To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Tax Expert (M&A Tax) to join our leadership team.

Role Summary 職位概要

you will lead a team of 5–6 professionals and play a pivotal role in advising multinational corporations, large enterprises, and private capital firms on complex M&A tax matters.

You will be responsible for developing innovative tax strategies, managing cross‑border structuring, and ensuring compliance with evolving global tax regulations. This leadership role combines technical expertise with strategic vision, offering the opportunity to shape tax solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities 主要職責

Partner with senior management on client engagements, professional development, and business growth initiatives.
與高層管理緊密合作，推動客戶項目、專業發展及業務拓展。
Collaborate with executives of multinational corporations, large enterprises, and private capital firms to design business and investment models, as well as corporate structures aligned with tax strategies.
與跨國公司、大型企業及私募資本公司高層合作，設計符合稅務策略的商業及投資模式及企業架構。
Develop tax structuring plans for domestic and cross‑border financing activities to optimize tax efficiency and treasury objectives.
制定本地及跨境融資活動的稅務架構計劃，以提升稅務效率及財務管理目標。
Work alongside legal and financial advisers to identify, assess, and mitigate tax risks.
與法律及財務顧問合作，識別、評估及降低稅務風險。
Monitor global tax trends and evaluate their impact on client operations and compliance.
監察全球稅務趨勢，並評估其對客戶營運及合規的影響。
Provide strategic guidance in response to new and proposed tax legislation across multiple jurisdictions.
就各司法管轄區的新稅務法例及建議提供策略性指導。
Lead and manage a tax team of 5–6 members.
領導並管理一支由 5–6 名成員組成的稅務團隊。

Ideal Candidates 理想人選

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
會計、金融或相關學科的學士學位。
Qualified Accountant (HKICPA, CPAA, AICPA, or equivalent).
持有專業會計師資格（如 HKICPA、CPAA、AICPA 或同等資格）。
Minimum 10 years of relevant tax experience, including at least 7 years with a Big 4 firm.
具備至少 10 年相關稅務經驗，其中不少於 7 年於四大會計師事務所工作。
Proven track record in leading complex M&A tax engagements.
具備領導複雜併購稅務項目的成功經驗。
Strong international tax expertise, with hands‑on China cross‑border experience.
擁有豐富的國際稅務專業知識，並具備中國跨境業務的實戰經驗。
Experience serving private equity clients is an advantage.
曾服務私募股權客戶者優先。
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
具備優秀的中英文書寫及口語能力。
