Full Time Dietitian (Ref: DIET - DHCX) / Half-time Dietitian (Ref: 0.5DIET - DHCX)

(Working Location : Tung Chung and the Outlying Islands)

Responsibilities:

Provide nutrition and dietary related activities, talks and Patient Empowerment Programs in Islands;
Provide professional nutrition and dietary consultation;
Monitor clients’ progress during different weight concerned treatment;
Participate in health promotion activities and primary prevention / chronic disease management programs;
Write nutrition articles and content for social media;
Conduct trainings on nutrition or dietetic-related topics for staff;
Develop and update relevant work and service guidelines;
Support daily operation;
Shift duty is required, subject to operational needs, including Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and evenings.
Full time post, 5 working days per week, with an average of 44 hours per week.
Half-time post, 2 or 3 working days per week, with an average of 22 hours per week.

Requirements:

A Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics or a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics;
Level 2 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in HKCEE/HKDSC or equivalent;
Listed on the Hong Kong Academy of Accredited Dietitians;
At least 5 years of working experience in providing nutrition and dietary consultation service;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Strong problem-solving skills, project management and organizational skills;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage;
Immediate available is preferable.
