Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager – MICE

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

Job Responsibilities:

Handle and follow up MICE enquiries in a timely manner;
Prepare group proposal, contracts and follow up group logistics;
Arrange and conduct sales activities including site visits, presentations, and meetings for clients;
Achieve business targets with appropriate strategies;
Enhances MICE business and develop new MICE business from emerging markets;
Establish and grow market share by developing and maintaining relationships with clients;
Carry out ad-hoc and special assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in hospitality management or related studies;
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hotel industry and in similar capacity;
Good interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills; self-motivated and willing to take up new challenges;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
Proficient in computer skills and MS Office applications;
Knowledge of hotel systems e.g. Delphi, Opera is an advantage;
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager.
