Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze data to identify business problems and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and document business requirements, user story, process workflows, risk, timeline and communications plans for projects
Carry out all project tasks and deliverables according to agreed time and cost estimates
Influence project stakeholders to provide support and inputs required to ensure projects' success
Provide and facilitate project status/design meetings including brainstorming, decision making and issue resolution
Develop and execute test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements
Provide training and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
Monitor and measure the success of implemented solutions, and make recommendations for further improvements
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

University graduate, preferably in Business, Finance, IT or related disciplines
At least 2 years solid BA experience in managing/consulting in large scale projects in financial service industry (ideally insurance)
Excellent understanding of project management control procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong business analysis skills
Strong change management and dispute resolution skills
