Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the food and beverage industry, with preferably hands-on design experience. You will assist in developing visual concepts for our diverse range of retail and restaurant outlets, ensuring each design aligns with our brand strategy and enhances customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution and production of design projects from initial ideation to final delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching graphics and layouts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to packaging, menus, promotions, and signage.
Support the development of visual merchandising strategies to enhance in-store and dining experiences.
- Adapt designs for various platforms, including print and digital.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all channels.
- Contribute to the visual aspects of social media, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Utilize photography and videography skills, when applicable, to enhance visual marketing materials (not mandatory).
- Explore and implement animation techniques to enrich visual presentations.

Qualifications:- Relevant experience in graphic design, preferably within the food and beverage industry.

Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work, particularly in food and beverage contexts.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A keen interest in food and beverage trends.
Photography and videography skills, as well as knowledge of animation, are advantageous but not required.
