Job Description:

Responsible for recruitment, coaching and provide training on sales and advisory techniques to build up strong professional teams of financial advisors
Develop, lead and motivate teams of financial advisors to achieve sales goal
Formulate clients acquisition tactics through workable sales strategy and execute marketing event/sales activities

Job Requirements:

Degree holder
Minimum 5 years relevant solid experience in management or business development position, preferably in insurance or wealth management industry
Self-motivated with excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably fluent in Putonghua
Possess strong sales skills and financial product knowledge in insurance and other wealth management products is preferable
