Vice President, Payment Section

Responsibilities:

Lead team to support the implementation of project for payment systems, including FPS
Work with vendors and contractors to deliver high quality software deliverables
Involve in all stages of the software development life cycle and provide well documentation
Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in software development or application support preferably in banking industry
Proven experience in large-scale project management and system implementation, ideally with transactional systems.
Strong technical skills in Java, C#, Oracle, and MS SQL
Experience in team leadership, vendor management, and payment systems is a plus
Good communication and problem-solving skills and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Occasional business travel to Mainland China (Shenzhen) is required
