Job Posting Details

The Undergraduate Affairs Administration Team of the School of Engineering oversees all aspects of undergraduate education in the School, including outreaching, admission, administration of academic programs, quality assurance, co-curricular programs and student affairs. The Team is now looking for a member to support its undergraduate exchange programs. The appointee is responsible for promoting exchange opportunities to engineering students, providing guidance to students on academic and logistical matters, and coordinating with exchange partner institutions in relation to outgoing students. The appointee will be assigned to support other functions of the Team or the School when needs arise, including but not limited to student recruitment and other student learning programs.

Applicants should have a recognized degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience, excellent interpersonal skills and sound knowledge in office computer applications. A high level of language proficiency in both written and verbal English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be outgoing, detail-minded, a good team player, highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, and able to work independently. Working outside normal office hours and travelling outside Hong Kong may be required. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
