My client is seeking a dynamic and driven professional to lead sales and business development initiatives in the electric mobility sector. This role offers the opportunity to shape customer propositions and drive growth in a fast-evolving industry.

Client Details

Our client is a well-established energy solutions provider with a strong presence in Hong Kong. With decades of experience in energy management, infrastructure, and distributed energy, the company is expanding its footprint in the electric mobility space.

Description

The successful candidate will manage client engagement, respond to stakeholder needs, and take ownership of key business KPIs. You will collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored customer outcomes, oversee project planning and implementation, and handle daily operations. The role also involves developing consultative sales propositions, analyzing market trends and policies, and identifying new business opportunities.

Profile

Applicants should hold a recognized university degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, with at least 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Proven experience in customer proposition development and client engagement is essential. Familiarity with the engineering or transport sector, especially electric mobility, and knowledge of the EV market in Hong Kong are highly desirable. Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, along with commercial acumen and sales planning capabilities, are key. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work under pressure are required. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior role.
