We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts in Hong Kong, focusing on consumer audio products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong retail and distribution partnerships.

Our client is a global leader in the consumer electronics industry, known for its innovation and high-quality audio solutions. With a strong presence across Asia, they are expanding their footprint in Hong Kong and are seeking a talented sales professional to drive growth and brand visibility in the region.

Description

As Sales Manager, you will identify and develop new distribution channels, implement go-to-market strategies, and support the launch of direct-to-consumer platforms. You will engage with key accounts and distributors, design promotional campaigns, and provide input on sales forecasts and marketing events. A key part of your role will be to understand local customer behaviour and market trends to shape effective sales strategies. Occasional travel may be required.

Profile

The ideal candidate holds a Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or Sales Management, with 3-5 years of experience in retail channel and sales management. Experience in consumer electronics, especially audio/ visual products, is highly preferred. Strong presentation, communication, and key account management skills are essential. Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
