Responsibilities:

Represent the department and play a vital role in discussions with stakeholders, IT and system vendor for the establishment of new system mechanism
Prepare and review business requirement and functional specification; plan and conduct user acceptance testing and implementation verification testing for project and initiative delivery
Provide post-project support to ensure the effectiveness of system changes and ensure Sales HR RTB teams are fully aware of system and procedural changes upon project or new initiative launch
Conduct training to ensure Sales HR RTB teams can operate smoothly upon project launch
Deliver assigned projects and initiatives under Sales HR department on time with high quality
Deliver processes transformation for projects and Sales Human Resources projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

University graduate with major in Project Management, Business or Information Technology related fields
A minimum of 6 years of working experience in insurance industry, including 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis
Experience in new system development projects is essential
Project management experience is important
Candidates with AS400 knowledge and experience are preferred
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Have strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to details
Highly proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel/VBA/Macro, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
