About the company: Our client, a Japanese insurance company is seeking a Sales Support Officer to join their team.

Position: Sales Support Officer

Location: Causeway Bay

Salary: HKD 21K- 23K/M

Working Hour: Mon~ Fri 9:00~ 17:30

Responsibilities:

Handle new policy applications and policy maintenance tasks
Perform general administrative duties (data entry, document filing, expense processing)
Manage reception duties (phone/email handling, visitor reception)
Support event and meeting coordination
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Update insurance company information and handle ad-hoc tasks from supervisors
Obtain IIQE Paper 1 & 3 insurance license after joining

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or above
Native Cantonese and good common in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
Experience handling Japanese clients preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication, accuracy, and information handling skills
Proactive, responsible, and adaptable to system/process improvements
Willing to learn new things
