Responsibilities:

Responsible for all-rounded human resources duties, including onboarding and offboarding, compensation and benefits, Payroll, MPF, Medical Scheme, etc.
Maintain staff records and HR system including payroll calculation
Performing clerical duties, such as data input and filing
Responsible for general administrative work, supporting daily office operation and employee engagement activities
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
Familiar with computer skills such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
Responsible and proactive team player who is willing to learn
Knowledge in Employment Ordinance, payroll and MPF is a plus
Immediate availability is highly preferred
Fresh Grad welcome

***Permanent Hong Kong Resident is preferred. Expected Salary in CV is needed for consideration***
